Meet The Owners

Hema Venkat and Shiv Dorai were born and raised in India. Though they had quite different interests, they were both very passionate about education. After enjoying a successful career in the field of Information Technology for over 15 years, Hema decided to devote her time and effort to helping students in her community reach their full academic potential by opening and operating A Grade Ahead of Schaumburg in partnership with Shiv. Their academic research and professional experience led them to see the tremendous value of the A Grade Ahead teaching method and the rich curriculum it offers.
